Building relationships in our workforce and communities
We are proud of our people and their contributions. Our Global Volunteering Program saw more than 14% of our workforce participate in community causes. Our DEI initiatives, including the First Five Program and She Codes partnership, are building a more inclusive and empowered team.

Governance & Transparency
Sustainability at IMDEX is overseen by our Board, Sustainability Committee, and a cross-functional ESG Working Group, ensuring accountability and alignment with our strategic goals. We report in reference to GRI, SASB, and are preparing to align with the AASB climate disclosures. Our strategy is built on double materiality—considering both our impact on the world and how sustainability issues affect our business.
