The IMD-2000-M features a compact, space-saving footprint and two chamber design, allowing it to be easily integrated into new or existing drilling operations without limiting functionality. The system includes a mixing chamber with an 11m³ capacity and a transfer chamber with a 10m³ capacity.

The system uses a Venturi mixer that applies suction force to draw drilling mud additives into the mixing stream. This supports effective mixing and thorough blending of additives, chemicals, and base fluids.

The mixing system is constructed using high-quality materials that are resistant to corrosion, wear, and harsh drilling conditions. This ensures longevity and reliability, minimising maintenance requirements and maximising uptime.
