IMD-1500-R processes up to 1500 litres per minute depending on solids contents and viscosity.

The Shale Shaker is the core of the system. Its advanced vibratory technology removes coarse solids and large particles from the drilling fluid. The high‑capacity screening deck and adjustable inclination support excellent fluid recovery while reducing waste.

The Desander works with the Shaker to enhance solids control efficiency. As drilling fluid enters the unit, the cyclonic separation process removes sand, silt, and finer particles. The high‑performance hydro cyclones separate solids efficiently, delivering a cleaner fluid stream for downstream use.

The Desilter completes the solids control process. It uses hydro cyclone technology to separate even smaller particles such as silt and clay. By removing these fine solids, the Desilter helps the drilling fluid achieve the required rheological properties, promoting efficient drilling performance.
