Using ESG to Drive Sustainable Transformation
At IMDEX, sustainability is more than a commitment: it’s a strategic imperative. We use Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles to actively shape a more sustainable future for the global minerals industry. Our responsibility is clear: to leverage our innovation, geoscience expertise, and global teams to solve the sector’s most pressing challenges.
In 2025, IMDEX made significant strides in strengthening our sustainability foundations. We conducted a comprehensive gap analysis, completed our inaugural double materiality assessment, and began more robust carbon data collection across Scope 1 and 2 emissions. These insights directly informed the development of our refreshed sustainability strategy, built around four core pillars, and positioned us to deliver greater transparency, impact, and alignment with global standards going forward.
