The IMD-500-R processes up to 500 litres per minute, depending on solid content and viscosity. The shale shaker forms the core of the combination system. Using advanced vibratory technology, it removes coarse solids and larger particles from the drilling fluid. The shaker features a high-capacity screening deck with adjustable inclination, allowing operators to optimise separation efficiency. This supports effective fluid recovery while reducing waste and helps improve pump performance and service life through efficient solids removal.

The desilter uses hydrocyclone technology to remove fine particles from the drilling fluid, including silt and clay that can affect fluid performance. By extracting fine solids, the desilter helps maintain the required rheological properties of the drilling fluid and supports stable, efficient drilling operations.
