IMDEX is proud to announce it will acquire 100% of Advanced Logic Technology and its subsidiary, Mount Sopris Instruments. This milestone marks a significant extension of IMDEX’s global leadership in subsurface data which will create the industry’s most advanced subsurface intelligence system.

ALT, headquartered in Luxembourg, is the global leader in high-performance downhole rock property sensor systems and geoscience data processing software.
